Invitation for Regular General Assembly Meeting for 2025
Based on Article (197) of the Companies Law No. (42) of 2021 and Article (58) of the company’s bylaws, the Board of Directors is pleased to invite the esteemed shareholders of Beit Jala Pharmaceutical Company, a public shareholding company, to attend the regular general assembly meeting that will be held on Thursday, 30/04/2026, at one o’clock, at the Golden Old City Hotel – Nablus. An electronic link will be sent to shareholders wishing to attend the meeting remotely on the meeting date, in accordance with Article (58/3) of the company’s bylaws, the following agenda will be discussed:
1. Reading the minutes of meeting of the previous ordinary general assembly meeting
2. Reading the Board of Directors’ report for the year ending 12/31/2025
3. Reciting the company’s auditor’s report for the financial year ending 12/31/2025
4. Discussing and approving the company’s financial statements for the financial year ending 12/31/2025
5. Discharge of members of the Board of Directors from their liabilities for the fiscal year ending on 12/31/2025
6. Electing the company’s auditors for the fiscal year 2026
7. Discussing the Board of Directors’ recommendation regarding the distribution of cash dividends of 15% of the nominal value of the share
8. Any topics raised for discussion by members of the General Assembly.
The shareholder who wishes to attend should register their names with Ms. Maram Abu Deais, Shareholders Affairs Officer, using number 02-2742855, Ext. 119. Shareholders may appoint a person to attend the meeting (provided that this person is one of the company’s shareholders) must fill out the power of attorney instrument attached with the invitation and send it to fax no. 2741072 or to e-mail address MAbuDeais@beitjalapharma.com) At least three days before the meeting date.
